In addition to providing 24 hour emergency breakdown cover 365 days per year, routine and scheduled servicing can be booked in to one of the 19 workshops across the UK.
Both emergency breakdown and scheduled service calls are co-ordinated by our Customer Service Centre in Cambridge.
This is a 24/7 operation, so you will always be able to talk to our staff, whatever the time or day.
With GPS tracking systems fitted to all vans, our Controllers are instantly able to locate your closest engineer and electronically send him details of your job. They will advise you of his ETA and update you regularly until the job is completed.
